Acquisition of Giroflex by Flokk

The Scandinavian office seating manufacturer Flokk (formerly Scandinavian Business Seating SBS) takes over the Giroflex Group and all its companies on July 13, 2017. Giroflex becomes a subsidiary of the Flokk Group, which positions itself as a „house of brands“.

Giroflex will be managed as an independent brand under the Flokk umbrella. As part of a larger group, Giroflex can expand its geographical sales area and tap into new growth opportunities.
