At the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025, Knoll International showed how visionary design and architecture can create a new dimension of living. The latest innovations combine art, functionality and uncompromising quality – a feast for design lovers. The new products at a glance – sculptures for living
1. biboni™ sofa
Designed by Sharon Johnston and Mark Lee (Johnston Marklee), the Biboni sofa is more than a piece of furniture – it’s a statement. With its organic, voluminous shape, it creates a new relationship between body and space. Soft curves, sculptural elegance and sensual materials make Biboni the centrepiece of any room.

3rd Cross Check™ Chair by Frank Gehry
The famous armrest icon with its dynamic design language is given a new look – as an expressive individual piece in modern colours.
4th Muecke Dining Collection
The dining series by Jonathan Muecke brings Scandinavian restraint with a touch of Californian warmth. Made from fine walnut wood with a minimalist design language – consisting of:
- Muecke Dining Table (102″)
- Muecke Armchair
- Muecke Side Chair
5th Perron Bun™ Lounge Chair & Ottoman – comfort in its most sculptural form
The Perron Bun™ Lounge Chair designed by Willo Perron is more than just an armchair – it’s an experience. Like a soft cloud floating above a sculpture, it blurs the boundaries between lounge chair, sofa and bed. Its generous proportions and organic shape make it the perfect answer to our longing for informal, flexible moments of relaxation.
With or without a matching ottoman – the Perron Bun invites you to lean back, read, relax or daydream. Ideal for living rooms, creative offices or stylish retreats. It is the missing link between design icon and feel-good object.
Why the Perron Bun is a winner:
- Sculptural & cosy at the same time
- Versatile use – from living room to lounge
- Available as a single piece or as an ensemble with an ottoman
- Perfect balance between aesthetics and function
6. Barcelona® Chair – icon rethought with fabric cover and onyx finish
The Barcelona Chair by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe is considered one of the greatest design icons of the 20th century. Now the legendary collection has been given a stylish update – while remaining true to the spirit of the original.
In collaboration with experts and historians of Mies van der Rohe’s work, Knoll has discovered that there was never a dogma limiting the collection to leather: There was never a dogma that limited the collection to leather. On the contrary – Mies and his partner Lilly Reich specifically used textiles to customise pieces of furniture for specific projects.
