Bruno Wickart AG presents: The Minotti Private House in Vienna
A touch of Italy in Vienna
There are places that tell stories not only through their architecture, but also through their furnishings. One of these special places is a private home in one of Vienna’s most elegant neighbourhoods, which was recently refurnished with the excellence of Minotti. As an expert in interior design and a passionate lover of design, I can assure you that this house is not just a living space, but a work of art that redefines the boundaries of design. The renaissance of a Viennese classic
Studio Destilat took on the challenge of preserving the original charm of this Viennese home while adding a modern flavour. The result is breathtaking. The rooms are not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing, with a touch of “Made in Italy”, thanks to the exquisite Minotti collections.Carpets as a guide
An interesting feature of this house is the use of carpets as a guide for the layout of the rooms. The Dibbets rugs by Minotti, all in a sophisticated shade of grey, define and delineate different areas of the house. The round Dibbets rug emphasises the spaciousness and comfort of the Leonard seating programme, accompanied by the Denny pouf and the Bellagio side table. A rectangular rug defines the reading corner, which is furnished with a Prince armchair in an original colour and the Cesar side table.Dining with style
The centrepiece of the house is undoubtedly the dining area. Surrounded by the elegant Aston chairs and armchairs, the Evans dining table proudly takes centre stage. Every piece of furniture in this room, from the chairs to the table, is a testament to Minotti’s craftsmanship and design.Private home in Vienna: MINOTTI – REFERENCE

This home in an elegant neighbourhood of the Austrian capital was recently completely refurbished following an interesting interior design project by Studio Destilat, which brought out all the original charm of this home, albeit in a more modern style. The living room’s spatial layout is characterised by Dibbets carpets in various shapes, all in a sophisticated shade of grey.
The round Dibbets rug was chosen for the spacious, comfortable composition of the Leonard seating programme, as were the Denny pouf and the Bellagio side table. By contrast, the rug that defines the reading corner is rectangular and is furnished with a Prince armchair with footrest in an original colour and the Cesar side table. The Evans dining table is surrounded by Aston armchairs and chairs.
