Meet the designer – Nicholas Baker
Nicholas Baker is an up-and-coming designer with roots in North Carolina and based in Brooklyn, New York. In 2017, he founded his own studio, which focuses on designing furniture, lighting and everyday objects. His philosophy:

MOOOI, he has now created an extraordinary piece – the Haybale Lounge Chair with Footstool. A design that not only stands out, but touches.
The armchair is a design-strong homage to rural simplicity – inspired by stacked hay bales. The combination of soft, quilted upholstery, striking straps and modular construction creates a piece of furniture that is simultaneously cozy, functional and sculptural.
What materials and colors is the chair available in?
The Haybale Lounge Chair is available in a carefully curated selection of high-quality fabrics – from bouclé in Ivory, Sage or Fossil to Spectrum fabrics in Terracotta, Glacier, Mineral and more. We will be happy to show you all the variants in the showroom.
Is the Haybale Lounge Chair also suitable for small rooms?
Yes, despite its sculptural presence, the chair remains compact. With a width of 90 cm and a depth of 102 cm, it is also suitable for stylish retreats in smaller living areas.
